Happy New Year!

Mom and Dad are gearing up for their New Year's Eve party. They are having a Roaring 20s party and turning the house into a Speakeasy. It will be lots of fun for them. We will be ushering in the new year in Mom and Dad's bathroom, safely away from the people and Aunt Tiff's fireworks. Everyone have a safe and happy start to the new year.

I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! Here's wishing that every cat out there has a year filled with health and treats!

Keep inside and safe with all the fireworks and celebrations tonight. We thought our Aunt Tiff was our friend, but then she showed up with enough fireworks to overthrow a small country, so now we're not too sure about her.

Boxing Day

I know sometime after Christmas is Boxing Day -- well, I observe boxing day almost any day I can. We've had company lately so all the boxes have been put up, but now that the holidays are wrapped up I think I'll insist that Mom and Dad pull a box back out for me.

I hope everyone had a very Happy New Year and that there weren't too many fireworks or anything. Ours was very nice, and we even got to socialize some with Mom and Dad's friends at the end of the night. Mom and Dad even had a brunch with friends on Sunday that we were invited to, although we didn't get any of the bacon. But we did get to have some open window time on Sunday, so that made up for no bacon.
