Boxing Day
I know sometime after Christmas is Boxing Day -- well, I observe boxing day almost any day I can. We've had company lately so all the boxes have been put up, but now that the holidays are wrapped up I think I'll insist that Mom and Dad pull a box back out for me.
I hope everyone had a very Happy New Year and that there weren't too many fireworks or anything. Ours was very nice, and we even got to socialize some with Mom and Dad's friends at the end of the night. Mom and Dad even had a brunch with friends on Sunday that we were invited to, although we didn't get any of the bacon. But we did get to have some open window time on Sunday, so that made up for no bacon.

No fireworks here - mom was pretty glad since she wasn't sure what the kittens would do. We did get some treats to celebrate the new year though. Happy 2011 to you!
Our Momma and Daddy went off and left us for New Year's Eve - hummph! But they did come home soon after and it was a quiet evening after that.
Happy New Year's!

No fireworks in our city -- way too cold (usually) for that. But we had a good holiday all the same, though our mom is not thrilled to be back at the office today.
We wish you all a wonderful new year, filled with sun puddles, toys, stinky goodness and of course treats!
Yes, boxing day is a daily affair at our house too...
Happy 2011, Jasper. No bacon? Bummer.
Oh we long for the windows to be open again! That ain't gonna happen any time soon in our neck of the woods though!
We think windows AND boxes might make up for no bacon. We dunno, we really like our bacon.
Happy 2011!
Hi, Jasper, it is a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for helping make our mama's birthday such a special day.....:) :)
Loved your "boxing day" picture!!!!
Boxing Day is the best. Mum woke us up at Midnight on New Year's Eve to give us a kiss, so we slept most of New Year's Day.
Oh yeah we celebrate Boxing Day too...nearly everyday! We love empty boxes.

Yeah, everyday could be Boxing Day for us and we'd be happy!! Happy New Year to all of you!!
My human celebrated Boxing Day by THROWING AWAY boxes into the blue bin! That is why I made the non-recycling resolution for her for 2011.
your expression is so sweet and it looks like you are just loving the daylights out of that box!
Happy, Healthy New Year!
Oh my, I think my mom has already gotten rid of all of the boxes.
