Two for Tuesday

Part of having windows open is that you have to sometimes share a window.


I was in the window first when Maggie decided to come and join me. We had to discuss if this was OK.


I'm a good big brother, so it should come as no surprise that I shared the window with Maggie with little fuss.

Mom and Dad had a friend who was in the hospital, so Friday and Sunday nights Mom stayed with her at the hospital. We missed having Mom home, so when Dad was in bed those nights we all slept in Mom's spot and on her pillow. Then Monday Mom stayed home because she was exhausted and needed the day to recover, and Maggie was Mom's shadow. Maggie didn't like not having Mom home at night, so she was determined to make sure Mom stayed put. Unfortunately it's back to work for Mom today.

Two for Tuesday

We have been on window patrol lately. It is an important thing to do, and one of our favorite views is of the back yard. We see squirrels, and I expect to be seeing more birds soon. And of course two of our neighbor cats will come and visit, too. Plus this door gets great sun, which is nice for a nap while on window patrol.

Aren't Maggie and Huggy Bear cute together? They're best buds, and hang out all the time. If you find one, the other usually isn't too far away. They really seem to be the only two who don't huff or hiss or fuss at each other.

Tuxie Tabby Tuesday

This is truly a two-fer today ... and possibly the only time you'll ever see this: Maggie and Josie curled up together napping. Usually when Maggie joins Josie there is some butt-biting and hissing and Josie huffs off and Maggie claims Josie's spot. But not this day. No, instead Maggie curled up right with Josie, and even took the same pose as her. Maybe 2010 will turn over a new leaf for the sisters.

Two for Tuesday

Josie and Huggy Bear took on their yin/yang pose last night. For just a second Mom and Dad thought they might snuggle, but then they got distracted by picture taking and other activity.

Don't forget to teleport over to Dolce and Baci's for their birthday celebration. Their place was our first teleporting, back for Magoo's birthday a few years back. They know how to throw a birthday party, for sure!
