Mom and Dad are working on the plan to move Midnight but are open to suggestions and feedback from people who have had success with ferals before. He is very friendly to the extent that he will walk along with Mom and Dad up the sidewalk and nudge them as they pour the food, but standoffish in the way that he doesn't like to be touched often.
The plan right now is to move all our stuff to the house, then when they come to clean the apartment, Mom and Dad will bribe Midnight to get into the large carrier and take him to get fixed and a vet checkup, then bring him into the fenced backyard with the kid's log cabin and the deck and trees. In the next few weeks leading up to the move, they plan to take some time just being around him so he can get a little more comfortable with their presence. We are all hopeful this will work.
