I helped Dad troubleshoot the desktop. It appears there was a corrupt updater that was bogging things down, to the best that Dad and I can figure. But it is handled, and the computer seems to be running much better now (for a seven-year-old computer).
You can see I was a big helper. I offer vital input, like moving the mouse with my head, or blocking the screen when Dad needs to rest his eyes. I'm not sure how he could have done it without me (and some tips from William).

Good for you, Jasper! I am always a good pc helper too. (But it was NOT me who spilled a glass of sweet tea all over the keyboard--I am just responsible for the fur content.)
Anyway, just to let you know, Mom found a trojan (gotten via a drive-by, eek!) last week but it wasn't picked up by SAS. She should have let you know that she also uses the free Malwarebytes in conjuction with the other. Sometimes it takes two, I guess!
I bet he couldn't do it without you.
The Humans don't realise how lucky they are to have us help them get things fixed.
I am so glad you got that computer working, Jasper!
We're sure your dad appreciated your help, Jasper.
Excellent snoopervision, we're sure!
